Welcome to living your Life as Yoga... This website is lovingly dedicated to anyone, in any shape, size or condition who is looking to find a way to bring their life into balance through the ancient science of yoga.

Literally translated, yoga means "union" --- union of mind, body and soul... We practice the yoga on-the-mat with the intention of deeply connecting and integrating all the parts of ourselves. When we do this, we begin to feel whole, harmonious and balanced; physically, emotionally and spiritually. The practice of yoga then begins to enhance every aspect of our lives off-the-mat and we begin to live our "Life as Yoga".

Yoga has enhanced my own life on so many brilliant and meaningful levels that it has become my passion to share this magical gift.

This comprehensive site illustrates many different approaches to yoga. It can be effectively adapted for various populations --- from hospital patients to major athletes.

In teaching yoga over the years I am constantly amazed how this practice can profoundly change peoples' lives from all walks of life. Therefore, I've created this site to also to reach out and support you!

As you scroll through the wide-range of ways that I offer this sweet gift of wholeness, keep in mind that yoga is an unfolding journey that can be integrated into your life any way that works for you in your own unique and personal path.

Namaste - I honor the light within you, Priti Robyn

Note: You may notice that I've chosen the Chakra system for the menu items with their sacred geometry beside them --- illustrating the root chakra up to the crown chakra with a soft version of their colors per section. I believe the Chakras are a multi-dimensional approach to healing and I wanted this website to honor and reflect this powerful energy system.

I'd like to acknowledge all my wonderful teachers and the many styles of yoga I've practiced over the 25 years in my beloved practice of yoga. And I especially am grateful to "The Kripalu Center of Yoga and Health" where I was lovingly introduced to yoga and through that practice I began to understand the healing power of compassion. It is at the Kripalu Center where I received the Sanskrit name of PRITI from Yogi Amrit Desai. PRITI can be translated as 'Divine Love'. I honor that name and the energy and message it brings.

From the bottom of my heart, I'd also like to thank my husband, family, friends and all my dear students for their gifts of love and support in my life. Also, many thanks to the people sharing their photos with me for this website. Jean Peplinski (IYT 2003) and others.

Yoga offers a way home to that inner source of quiet and strength that exists within everyone... AD
