PRESENTATIONS

Professional lectures and demonstrations are available and can be delivered in hospitals, clinics, health fairs and yoga centers.

The lectures provide a clear explanation of yoga and how it is emerging as a valuable holistic health program for the next millennium. People from all walks of life have publicly touted the benefits of yoga. In view of this exposure, many people have been interested in learning how these benefits can be incorporated into their current treatment plan to promote healing and well-being from all kinds of serious conditions.

Robyn has successfully delivered these lectures and experiences for patients and families with Breast Cancer, Cardiac Illness, Pediatric Cancer and the general public at major medical institutions, health fairs and clinics in NYC.

Physically, yoga is a low-impact activity so people of all ages, shapes, sizes and conditions can practice it with relative ease and comfort.

"A note of thanks in appreciation for the stress-reduction presentation that you did for our management staff. I was truly amazed and extremely grateful how your presentation exactly captured the needs of our group. The breathing exersizes, the gentle introduction to yoga postures and the rousing and invigorating way you ended the presentation, had everyone on their feet and fully engaged!
Also your wonderful sense of humor and being so fully present and involved were just exceptional. It was just a perfect hour of care and nurturing, with pertinent information for a management team who spends much of their time working on so many stressful issues that we confront daily in the current healthcare environment."
